Bresaola wraps – Involtini di bresaola
A super fast and easy finger food, perfect for an aperitivo with a glass of good wine! If you are wondering, bresaola is a cured meat (beef) with a smoky flavor, typical of a valley in Northern Italy (Valtellina). You can find it in the US!

Ingredients
- 10 slices of bresaola
- 150 g (2/3 cup, about 1 tbsp for each wrap) goat cheese
- 20 chives stems
- 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oi
- salt, to taste
Preparation
Chop 5-6 chives stems.
In a mixing bowl, mix the chives stems with the goat cheese, oil and salt.
Lay the bresaola slices on a flat surface and spread them with the cheese mixture.
Tie up each slice in a wrap using the chives stems.
Tips & notes
- You can substitute the goat cheese with any other cream cheese (such as Philadelphia).
- If wraps are too difficult to make, roll the bresaola slices to form little cylinders!
- I buy bresaola at Eataly, but if you find it somewhere else, please write it in the comments 🙂
